The Selling Process
As a professional Real Estate Agent in the San Francisco Bay Area, I’ll guide you through the selling process, from appraising your property to listing your home and arranging viewings and open houses. My job is to be there every step of the way helping make the sales process move as smoothly as possible. I’m here to answer any questions and concerns.
STEP 1
Home Value
I will conduct a comparative market analysis (CMA) to establish the fair market value of your home. I will make recommendations of any and all potential improvements such as staging to maximize the home value.
STEP 2
Marketing & Exposure
It's all about curb appeal. I will schedule a professional photographer to take photos/video of your home. Flyers will be sent out to neighbors, 3D Matterport and touring video will be accessible as well as a dedicated property website to showcase all features of the home. Property will be advertised on major social media network and local property websites (MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor, Redfin, etc.) I will then host Open Houses, Brokers Tours & Private Showings at your convenience.
STEP 3
Real Estate Don't Sleep
I have a 24/7 policy. I understand the need for immediate responses when things are critical. You can call, text or email me anytime. I will always be available to answer questions and provide updates.
STEP 4
Contract & Negotiation
Negotiation is an art only through experiences. Once in contract, I will negotiate hard while protecting your best interest with discretion to achieve the optimum goal, which is to get the top dollar for your home.
