STEP 1
Financing
It is not about what we want, it is about where our pockets can take us. This first step is important because it will give you an idea of the type of homes within your budget. Having a reliable lender can make or break a transaction. If you have not acquired a lender for financing, I will be happy to connect you with someone in my network whom I know can get the job done.
STEP 2
House Search
Once pre-approved, we can start searching for your dream home. I will be searching and sending you daily updates for new properties on the market that fall within your criteria. I will set up appointments at your convenience to view the homes you are interested in.
STEP 3
Offer Accepted
Negotiation is an art only through experiences. There will be many moving parts once we are in escrow. I will negotiate hard while protecting your best interest. With my local expertise and guidance, I will make the buying process simple and seamless. Transforming a perhaps daunting and exhaustive experience to a memorable moment.
STEP 4
Real Estate Don't Sleep
